While Saloni is the other heroine in the movie and Bhojpuri actor Ravi Kishan playing negative role, Race Gurram also casts Suhasini, Brahmanandam, MS Narayana, Prakash Raj, Ashish Vidyarthi, Mukesh Rishi.
