Kotha Janta Movie Review

Firstshowz brings you Allu Sirish, Regina Cassandra starrer Kotha Janta Movie Review. Check below for Kotha Janta Review.

Story:

The story is all about two different selfish people named Sirish (Allu Sirish ) and Suvarna (Regina). They both work for Ramesh’s (Rao Ramesh) local channel for a program called Kotha Janta which turns to be a super hit in the channel.

Meanwhile, Sirish gets good offer from a businessman (Posani Krishna Murali) to work for another channel. Sirish who wants to grab this opportunity will trap Suvarna and cheats her with his love proposal. Suvarna who starts having feelings for Sirish also agrees to work for the new channel though first rejects the same offer.

Will Sirish and Suvarna survive from their selfish feelings? Does Sirish fake love turns to true love is rest of the story.

Performances:

Allu Sirish is better compared to his earlier film in expression wise and his timing. He is well suited to the role in the film as a selfish guy with his matured performance.

Regina Cassandra is the biggest asset to the film. Her role is the center of attraction and has all the capabilities of drawing attention of audience.

Sapthagiri’s comedy is at his best compared to his earlier films too.

Rao Ramesh and Posani Krishna Murali are OK  in their  roles.

Madhurima looks gorgeous; her Atu Amalapuram Song gets whistles from the audience and made her entry as an added advantage.

Technicalities:

Directories Maruthi dialogues are better than his earlier films. JB Musical scores are the biggest assets to the film. Cinematography is neat. Production Values by Geetha Arts are too good. Ashok Kuruba editing is impressive.

Analysis:

The first half of the film is racy with entertainment while the second hald turns boring due to dragging scenes. Though the film is filled with fun the energy in the most of the roles are not upto their mark. Sirish and Regina will totally dominate the scenes.

The same old and boring script from Maruthi could not make audience to stick to their chairs but the latter might be clicked due to entertainment. Maruthi’s old concept is presented completely with freshness in the roles.

However the film can be survived only due to the stuff filled with fun. Maruthi’s daring decision to handle new mega hero will be given many praises for his attempt without any vulgarity in the script.

Final Verdict:

Old Wine in New Bottle
FIRSTSHOWZ RATING: 2.75/5
