Performances:

Venkatesh is all about the film with his best in his role as Ram Babu. His commitment towards his role is definitely a big plus to this film. His superb expressions and timing in delivery is much added to maximum scope to take the film into extraordinary results.

Meena, is back pairing opposite to Venkatesh after long time and proved that she is not stills relaxed from her acting skills. Her expressions and dialogues are added flavors to the silver screen. Onscreen chemistry between Venkatesh and Meena are impressive.

Nadhiya, from soft corner roles to angry roles she has given her best to till date. To this film point of view, Nadhiya is seen as powerful in her Cop role.

Technically:

The Director Sripriya screenplay of the film drags in catching audience pulse for the few minutes in the film. Cinematography by S.Gopal Reddy is good. The film’s background score is at top notch. Production Values are impressive.

What Drishyam is all about?

The film is all about a happy family and one incident which make entire Ram Babu’s family step into the shoes of prosecution.

The film’s first half goes in slow pace with forcible scenes and lack of entertainment, The second half of the film will definitely catch the audience attention with Venkatesh’s performance and gripping scenes.

Overall the film’s script has not scored much uniqueness but it will definitely give a fresh feel to the audience who dint watch Malayalam Original Version of Drishyam.

Final Word:

Drishyam – An emotional hit

RATING: 3.25/5
