Read below for Yamaleela 2 Film Review.

Story:

Story starts off in Yamalokam with Yama Dharam Raja (Mohan Babu) and Chitra Gupta (Brahmanandam) decides to visit Bhoolokam by carrying the Holy Book called Bhavishyavani.

On the other hand, Krish (KV Satish) is a doctor and survives with his niece who is ill due to Leukemia disease. Krish who decides to save her life thinks off deeply to make sure to achieve his goal in saving her life.

Unfortunately, Chitragupta hand overs the Bhavishyavani to Krish which makes whole his life go on with a twist and turns. One fine day Krish comes to know the shocking truth when he reads the future which is in Bhavishyavani book.

What is twist? What is shocking truth known by Krish ? Will Yama Dharma Raja excuses Krish is the rest of the story.

Performances:

KV Satish makes a decent debut with the film’s role. But he does not have much scope to perform. His expressions and dialogues timing should be improved.

Diah Nicolas is limited to her glamour role

Mohan Babu does his best to in the role of Yama and managed well with nice dialogues and perfection in the role.

Brahmanandam once again makes his best to entertain the audience in the role of Chitra Gupta

Technicalities:

Being the social fantasy flick, the VFX works are at top notch by the team of Makuta. SV Krishna Reddy’s screenplay is gripping and gets into track with his narration. Production Values by Krishvi banner is OK. The BGM gets good response while the film’s music makes no sense in its situational approach.

Analysis:

Yamaleela 2 is all about the Bhavishyavani book once again. The film’s first half look soo gripping and the director failed to impress with the next half of the film which flatters the pace of the film.

The on-screen chemistry between KV Satish and Diah Nicolas has nothing to perform and most of the scenes turn around the roles of Yama and Chitragupta about their anxiety of getting back their book from the human. Rest of the film is dealt with emotional drama between the lead actor and her niece.

Over all the film has nothing to perform as the entire story goes on predictable note.

Final Verdict:

Old Wine in New Bottle

RATING: 2.75/5
