Cine Galaxy to release Theri in North America

Vijay’s THERI trailer nears 3 million views in less than 48 hours. The leading distributor of Indian cinema overseas, CineGalaxy Inc., has added another feather into their cap. After associating with several blockbusters in the past, they have now grabbed the North America (USA & Canada) distribution rights for star actor Vijay’s most awaited Theri! The film (Tamil & Telugu versions) slated for release for Tamil New Year, April 14. Premieres are scheduled on April 13 and soon theaters list will be published soon.
The popularity of the film doesn’t really need introduction. Directed by Atlee who is riding high on the success of “Raja Rani” for which he grabbed several awards, Theri is a film to most definitely watch out for. Interestingly, it seems the film is the most awaited venture because in nearly three hours after the release of its theatrical trailer, there were one lakh views! The trailer has been trending on YouTube ever since it was released. Within 12 hours, there were 1 million views and it will sound all the more exciting if we tell you that the trailer is likely to complete a whopping 3 million within 48 hours!
Starring Samantha and Amy Jackson as the female leads, Theri is a complete mass entertainer replete with action, comedy, and emotions. Add to that, an evidently interesting premise with what seems like a riveting story line is just going to be an icing on the cake.
