Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s upcoming action entertainer, Sardaar Gabbar Singh is going to release in over 40 countries across the world. 
This is a new record for a Telugu film and so far, no Telugu film has released in so many countries at one go. While the film has already done phenomenal pre-release business in several territories, Sardaar Gabbar Singh's mania in several unexplored markets heralds a new chapter for Telugu film industry to expand its horizons.

After acting in Gopala Gopala, where he played the role of Lord Krishna, he’s now back with a bang as Sardaar Gabbar Singh, which has already become one of the most talked about films of 2016.
In the film, Pawan Kalyan will be playing the role of Sardaar Gabbar Singh, a dashing and maverick cop who is posted to Rattanpur this time. Sardaar Gabbar Singh is in the last stage of its shoot, and the recent teaser of the film sparked a frenzy like never before. Within a day of its release, the teaser of the film and the first glimpse of Sardaar Gabbar’s title track began trending on Facebook and Twitter. The official teaser of the film touched a record 1 million views in less than 48 hours. With the film also slated for release in Hindi, the makers are leaving no stone unturned to take the film to newer territories in a never seen before manner.
The music album of the film, composed by Devi Sri Prasad, is going to be launched in a grand manner in HICC, Novotel, Hyderabad on March 20 and several top actors in Telugu film industry are expected to grace the event.  
The film stars Pawan Kalyan and Kajal Aggarwal in lead roles and the duo have paired up for the first time in their career. Apart from them Raai Laxmi, Sharad Kelkar, Sanjjana, Mukesh Rishi, Kabir Duhan Singh, Suman Shetty, DC Srivastav, Oorvashi, Brahmanandam, Brahmaji, Ali playing other important roles in the film. Arthur Wilson and I Andrew are the cinematographers of the film. Directed by KS Ravindra (Bobby), the film, is being jointly produced by Sharrath Marar under North Star Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. and Eros International banner.
