A Mission towards protecting our children online
In this “new normal” where children are learning online from home,
they are exposed more than ever to online predators and the damaging effects of screen time.Shocking Cyber Crimes targeted at your children:
●
Unsupervised chat rooms with inappropriate
conversations between teenagers.
●
Being exposed to online information that
promotes hate, violence, and pornography
●
Being misled and bombarded with intense advertising
● Being invited to register for prizes or to join
a club when they are providing personal or household information to an unknown
source
●
Losing time from developing real social skills
and from physical activity and exercise
●
Revealing too much personal information on
social media sites
●
Being bullied on social media sites
● Being exploited by negative online relationships
India has seen over 400% rise in cyber crime cases committed against children in 2020,in comparison to 2019, with most of them relating to publishing or transmitting of materials depicting children in sexually explicit act, according to the latest NCRB data.
Only 15% of parents are completely aware of their child's online activities and 7/10 children desperately need your help even if they don't tell you.
It is no one to blame but the lack of effective Cyber Safety Awareness at an early age and it is our shared mission to address the issue on priority.
At DIGISAFE India, we're a team of cyber safety experts, psychologists, and parenting specialists who are on a mission to help parents and children to act and protect themselves from Online Frauds, Cyberbullying, Addiction, Depression and Internet Predators.
We take a fresh approach to instil effective decision-making skills in teenagers and parents through real-life case simulation games, live hack shows, social experiments, humorous theatre acts, and a clear action plan designed for a lasting learning impact on Online Behaviour.
Our eye-opening presentation will radically change the way you and your children think and act in the digital world.
We must protect our computers and data in the same way that we secure the doors to our homes and teach cyber safety the same way we teach our kids to cross the road safely.
Together, we will strive towards creating a safe and secure future for our family.
