Happy Birthday Lakshmi Manchu: Celebrating Her Iconic Roles & Achievements

However, one actress who's definitely done that successfully and made the entire process look like a 'stroll down the park' is Lakshmi Manchu. The actress has for the longest time focused on quality projects ahead of quantity and her entire work portfolio speaks volumes validating that fact. She has always believed in training and has always given importance to the process and no wonder, the results that she's earned for herself in her career are motivating and exemplary. 

The actress celebrates her birthday on 8th October, 2024. She has done a bachelor's degree in theatre from Oklahoma City University and the way, she became a disruptor in the South entertainment industry after starting off in American TV is sensational. From successful and iconic roles to some really special award honours, accolades and most importantly, the respect and adulation of the audience, she's earned all of it organically and how. Some of her most iconic roles in her professional career have happened in movies like Gundello Godari, Lakshmi Bomb, Kaatrin Mozhi, Dongata, Anaganaga O Dheerudu, Guntur Talkies, Budugu, Sri, Chandamama Kathalu and many more. Given the fact that she's done her complete training as an actor, it's not surprising that she's also been honoured with the prestigious Nandi Award for 'Best Villain' in 2013 for Anaganaga O Dheerudu. She's also wonnthe prestigious Filmfare Awards consecutively in 2014 and 2015 respectively for Chandamama Kathalu, and Gundello Godari respectively. To add to this conveted list, she's also won various other awards like South Indian International Movie Awards (SIIMA), CineMAA Awards, Santosham Film Awards, Hyderabad Times Film Awards and many more.
