Breaking: Urvashi Rautela shares an official clarification on calling Donald Trump her 'ex boss', check out!

Urvashi Rautela, India’s youngest superstar and icon, is celebrated as the highest-paid actress and a global performer. With a staggering social media following of over 100 million across platforms, she is one of the most followed Indian celebrities internationally. Her immense popularity has earned her a spot on the Instagram Forbes Rich List, where she is the youngest Indian to feature. Urvashi’s remarkable influence, both in Bollywood and on the global stage, continues to inspire millions worldwide.

As we all know, the global superstar is known for speaking her heart out in an unfiltered manner whenever she engages in any interview or podcast. During one of her recent promotional interviews for her song 'Rabba Kare' with Shael Oswal, Urvashi Rautela had interestingly revealed that the 47th President of the United States Of America, aka Donald Trump is her 'ex boss'. When Urvashi was asked about her thoughts on sex change operations which apparently and allegedly is under threat under Trump's administration, Urvashi was quoted as saying,

"I don't think many people know this, but Donald Trump was our ex-boss because he was the president of the Miss Universe franchise...like he's the owner of Miss Universe crew...Donald Trump. So, really, we always loved him and supported him, so I can't say anything against Donald Trump."

While the reference from Urvashi's end was about her representing India at the 2015 Miss Universe pageant, some people unfortunately found it to be a confusing statement from her end since it was around September 2015 that Trump had reportedly sold off the Miss Universe organisation. In order to clear all the chaos and confusion surrounding the subject, Urvashi Rautela took to her social media handle to officially share a clarification tagging Donald Trump and we quote,

"In 1996, Donald Trump bought the pageant from ITT Corp, with a broadcasting arrangement with CBS until 2002. During this time, in 1998, Miss Universe, Inc. changed its name to the Miss Universe Organisation, and moved it's headquarters from Los Angeles to New York City ."

Well, with this official clarification, it is certainly clear that Urvashi's statement was honest and true in the best interest of public and that she actually meant what she said. Here's hoping that this official clarification will steer away any element of confusion surrounding the topic.

On the work front, apart from 'Daaku Maharaj' with Nandamuri Balakrishna & Bobby Deol, Urvashi Rautela is looking ahead towards projects like Indian 2 with Kamal Haasan and Shankar, 'Kasoor' with Aftab Shivdasani and Jassie Gill & many more. The global Indian superstar Urvashi Rautela also has other massive projects like Welcome 3 with Akshay Kumar, upcoming movie with Jassie Gill, 'Baap' (remake of Hollywood blockbuster Expendables) with Sunny Deol & Sanjay Dutt, Inspector Avinash 2 with Randeep Hooda, Black Rose.
