Plot:
  
Vikram (Adire Abhi), a gambling addict, embezzles a crore rupees from his company to play bets. Accustomed to easy money, he loses all his money in betting, loses his job, and gets entangled in legal issues. His girlfriend Rudhira (Swati Mandal), an air hostess, supports him financially and looks after him. As they plan to settle down together, Rudhira insists Vikram look for a job. Meanwhile, the company management pressures him to return the embezzled money. Around this time, Rudhira buys an antique chair she loves and places it in their home. The chair mysteriously provides Vikram with money whenever he needs it. Vikram indulges in small pleasures and extravagant luxuries with this money. However, a devilish power in the chair offers him five crores to kill his girlfriend. Will Vikram, drowning in debt, kill his girlfriend for the money? Who or what resides in the chair? How does it try to control Vikram? To uncover the backstory of the chair, one must watch the film.

Analysis:  

No matter how grand a film is, without a strong story, it's tough to draw audiences to theaters. Content is the backbone of cinema. "The Devil's Chair" stands strong with its gripping horror drama that thrills audiences to the core. The title "The Devil's Chair" aptly suits the story, which revolves around human greed. It showcases the dangers faced by those addicted to easy money and conveys a strong message despite its chilling elements. Director Ganga Sapthashikhar has succeeded in providing thrills and horror, making the movie engaging from start to finish. 

Adire Abhi, known for his comedy timing from the Jabardasth show, impresses with his portrayal of a greedy man addicted to easy money. Swati Mandal looks cute and delivers a strong performance, especially in the climax. Chhatrapathi Shekhar, Venkat Duggireddy, Chandra Subbagari, and Adwaita Chowdhary also justify their roles. 

Director's Vision:  

For his debut, Ganga Sapthashikhar chose a unique concept, taking a bold step. Unlike many debut directors who opt for safe, trending subjects, he experimented with a different concept and updated AI technology for this horror film. His previous short films have won several awards, establishing him as a director capable of creating unique content with limited budgets. "The Devil's Chair" follows this trend and succeeds with its unique concept. Cinematography and gripping editing enhance the film. The producers have not compromised on quality. While it could have had better packaging, the film will certainly appeal to fans of this genre.
